Inspired by the school of Nancy. France, Robert Lefebvre created this unique piece of furniture with organic lines and harmonious proportions. He uses rare quilted and maple wood from his own forest to reinforce the essential organic character of the Art Nouveau. These rare samples of wood come from multi-centennial trees.

Details on woodcraft & sculpture

 Design of a unique small wine & liquor bar with a swivel front door. When opened by a delicate push on the side door, we discover 2 sections for wine glass, and liquor – wine bottles. Each panel on the 3 sides are made in Maple Coty Wood.

Ceriser

Harvested on the land of Robert Lefebvre. They are dried standing ie incised on their circumference until an advanced drying at the end of a year. Then the planks which are drawn from it are dried an additional three years for a perfect stability of the pieces of furniture.

Érable coti

Maple showing weathering marks. Used in cabinet making to bring particular effects of patterns but difficult to work. Characteristic of very old trees.

Signature

Each unique piece of Art by Robert Lefebvre is signed and/or stamped.

Finition

Tints are made with organic water products.

Nombre d’Or

Design and creation are realized according to the « Nombre d’Or Rules » which ensures a perfect balance.
